Video Playback Issue with stopping just after video starts

Q. Im not sure why but every once in a while the videos stop after playing for 0:02 and the sound shuts off. :/ Im not sure if its my computer. And it wont go back to normal. Help? Please?

A. if your using firefox as we do we noticed there is a bug in firefox. To resolve just close down browser and restart browser. All should be go again.
